During our recent group trip to Bassett, Nebraska, I put my infrared-converted Sony NEX-3 to use. Not having much experience with infrared, it was more of a learning opportunity for me. These are a few early images I’m still experimenting with:

A few weeks ago I went to the Heritage Acres Park in Fairmont, MN. I photographed in color as well as in infrared, but I prefer the IR captures over the standard color photographs.
This is a maintained park and as such doesn’t qualify for my “Abandoned Minnesota” series, but it still makes for good photography with interesting subject matter.
